100% Arabica Nero - Bernini Black Blend
A Blend of The Highest Level, bordering
on the speciality world, composed of
famous cafes, such as Honduras
Marcala and Santo Domingo Barahona.
The 100% Bernini Arabica blend is one of
the great excellences of the Mokaflor
catalogue, a blend in which the “commercial”
coffee is very close to the speciality
level, with a high finesse of aromas and
cleanliness in the cup.

80/20 Oro - Golden Blend
Our Golden Blend combines the sweetness
of selected coffee beans from the
region of Alta Mogiana in Brazil with the
fruity notes of Honduras Marcala and
the body of Indian robusta.
Golden Blend 80/20 is Mokaflor’s
best-selling blend in Italy and around the
world, a classic Italian espresso that combines
a good body with intense sweet and
spicy aromas.

60/40 Rossa - Red Blend
The Red 60/40 Blend represents the
classic espresso of the Italian tradition:
creamy, full-bodied and intense.
This coffee blend has a strong character,
combining the sweetness and body of
Brazilian Arabica from the Alta Mogiana
and Cerrado regions with creaminess
of the Indian Parchment Robusta and
Uganda Nganda Kakindu.

50/50 BLU - Blue Blend
A vigorous body and strong taste with a
dense and persistent creaminess that
combines the sweetness of the Brazilian
Arabicas with the intensity and structure
of the Far Eastern Robustas; ideal
also for milk based drinks.
Dark brown colored cream; the body is
intense and the bitterness strong. Both
balanced by a very pleasant chocolate
aroma sweetness. The scents are of bitter
cocoa and fine wood scent.
